Memorial Education Center in Somerset is an award winning early childhood education center serving children ages birth to five and their families.  Memorial Education provides experiences for all eligible children that focus on physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.

The Pulaski County Community Early Childhood Council serves children ages birth to five and their families.  The Council works to develop and facilitate programs that allow for free education, healthcare, and training opportunities for families with children five and under!
