The Pulaski County Detention Center has announced that a former employee has been arrested after an alleged sexual misconduct incident. Jason D Turner of Somerset was arrested by Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center after command staff at the Pulaski County Detention Center received information regarding allegations of sexual misconduct against Turner. Turner was immediately placed on administrative leave, but has since been terminated from employment with the detention center. A joint investigation by Kentucky State Police and Pulaski County Detention Center investigators is ongoing.
