In other matchups, Sevier Co. TN. defeated Southwestern Lady Warriors 60-46, and Letcher Central won 66-62 against Somerset Christian School.
Moving on to college basketball, the No. 6 Kentucky Wildcats faced a tough overtime loss to Texas A&M with a final score of 97-92. Antonio Reeves led UK with 22 points, followed by DJ Wagner with 18 points and four assists, and Rob Dillingham and Reed Sheppard contributing 13 points each.
