Boys: Somerset Briar Jumpers 3, Pulaski County 1. Somerset came out on top in this local rivalry match, defeating Pulaski County with a solid 3-1 victory.

Tuesday High School Volleyball:

  • Casey Co. 3, Somerset Lady Briar Jumpers 0: Casey County swept Somerset in straight sets.
  • Pulaski County Lady Maroons 3, Rockcastle County 0: Pulaski County secured a dominant win over Rockcastle with a 3-0 sweep.
  • Somerset Christian School Lady Cougars 3, McCreary Central 0: Somerset Christian made quick work of McCreary Central with a shutout win.

Tuesday MLB Recap:

Cincinnati Reds 3, St. Louis Cardinals 0: Ty France and TJ Friedl provided the offense, driving in runs for the Reds in a shutout win over the Cardinals.
