In Monday’s high school basketball game, the Southwestern boys secured a 59-53 victory against Somerset Christian School.
Tuesday’s MLB event will feature broadcasters Tommy Thrall and Jim Day hosting the Cincinnati Reds Hot Stove League program. They will be joined by Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson and hitting coach Joel McKeithan. The show will be live from 6 to 7 pm on WTLO-AM 1480/97.7 FM.
Wednesday’s college basketball game will see the Florida Gators (14-6/4-3 SEC) facing the No. 10 Kentucky Wildcats (15-4/5-2 SEC) at 8 pm. The game will be broadcasted live on ESPN. Notably, Kentucky opened SEC play with an 87-85 victory over Florida on January 6th in Gainesville.
In women’s college basketball on Thursday, the Mississippi State Bulldogs (16-5/3-3 SEC) will play against the Kentucky Wildcats (9-12/2-5 SEC) at Rupp Arena. The game will tip off at 7 pm and will be broadcasted on ESPN Plus.
In men’s college basketball on Thursday, the WKU Hilltoppers (14-6/3-3 CUSA) will face the Sam Houston State Bearkats (12-9/5-1 CUSA). The Toppers lost to the Bearkats 78-74 in Huntsville, TX, on January 10. The game will tip off at 9 pm ET, with live coverage starting at 8:30 pm on WTLO AM 1480/97.7 FM. The game will also be nationally broadcasted on CBS Sports Network.
On Friday, there will be high school basketball broadcasts featuring the Somerset Lady Briar Jumpers at the Southwestern Lady Warriors, with the tipoff at 6 pm. The boys’ game between Somerset and Southwestern will follow at about 7:45 pm. Both games will be broadcasted live on Somerset 106.1 FM & Somerset106.com.
