Spencer Steer hit a two-run homer and Noelvi Marte had three hits, an RBI, and scored three times in his return from an 80-game suspension for performance-enhancing drugs as Cincinnati defeated St. Louis 11-4 in the opener of their four-game series. NBA Draft:
Former Kentucky Wildcat Antonio Reeves was chosen as the 47th overall pick by the Orlando Magic and subsequently traded to the New Orleans Pelicans. Reeves joins Reed Sheppard and Rob Dillingham as former UK players chosen in this year’s NBA Draft.
